Refunds

A $9 single report is refunded automatically when generation fails the quality check: the sources return nothing usable, or the compliance filter blocks the text. The refund is created in the Stripe webhook, with an idempotency key so a retry does not refund twice. You also get an email when Resend is configured.

A 5-pack or Pro credit is not consumed when a token cannot be resolved. The subscription itself renews through Stripe. Cancel in the customer portal. A failed renewal is logged. Access stays during Stripe’s past_due retries and ends when the subscription is canceled, unpaid, or placed on hold after a dispute, refund, or early fraud warning.

Changing your mind after a successful report is not an automatic refund.
